Refund policy

The short version

14 days, no questions asked. Email support@alphaharness.xyz and we refund you in full. You do not need a reason.

Who you bought from

Card and PayPal payments are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our Merchant of Record. Paddle is the seller on your receipt and handles the payment, VAT and the refund itself.

Payments by bank transfer are invoiced directly by FREEDOM LABS LTD, British Virgin Islands.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase. We apply the same 14 days to business customers as a matter of policy, even where the law does not require it.

To withdraw, email support@alphaharness.xyz from the address you bought with, or use the link on your Paddle receipt. No form, no phone call.

How long it takes

  • We approve refund requests within 1 business day.
  • Card refunds are issued by Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
  • Bank transfers are returned by FREEDOM LABS LTD within 5 business days of approval.

After the 14 days

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate part-months.

For annual plans, if something is genuinely broken and we cannot fix it, email us. We would rather refund the unused months than keep money from someone the product is not working for.

Cancelling

Use the link on your Paddle receipt, or email support@alphaharness.xyz. Cancelling stops future charges. Your data is never deleted when a subscription ends — the app returns to the free tier and everything you created stays on your machine.

What we will not refund

We refuse a refund only where a purchase is fraudulent or where the same customer has repeatedly bought and refunded the same product. In plain terms: we are not looking for reasons to say no.

Prices

Founding access is €29/month or €290/year, and that rate stays fixed for as long as the subscription stays active. Taxes are shown at checkout and depend on where you are.
